Where purpose finds its partner.

Welcome to 43

43 helps charities raise more money.

This involves guiding purpose-driven companies in selecting the right charity partners and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Why it matters.

Well-run charities are potent drivers of change. When their fundraising works, they can focus on their mission. When companies back the right partners with confidence, the relationship delivers genuine impact and meaningful volunteering for staff.

Who’s behind it.

I’m Andy Sellins. Since 1981, I’ve built a charity from scratch, pioneered the use of sport for social change, worked in 48 countries, raised over £50 million, and helped more than 500 charities become more effective.

“I owe a great deal to Andy – both in how he has supported me personally over recent years to develop as a CEO, as well as on a practical and strategic level for my charity, Olly’s Future, which I founded in memory of my beloved son who died aged 22. Oliver had done work experience with Andy at The Change Foundation shortly after his A levels.

Whether it’s fundraising, bid writing, strategic thinking or being a sounding board for new ideas, Andy offers immeasurable insight, experience and focus, as well as his great sense of humour and infectious positivity.

Above all, Andy brings his generosity of spirit to everyone he meets and in all that he does.”

Ann Feloy – Founder and CEO, Olly’s Future

“Working with Andy at 43 has completely transformed the way we approach fundraising. He’s helped us communicate our message with clarity and impact, which has meant we’ve raised more money, reached more supporters and are now able to share the difference we’re making far more effectively.”

Pete Cohen – Patron of God In Action, Uganda

I’m applying 43 years of experience to two essentials

1 Securing the right corporate partners

2 Maximising fundraising potential

How I help charities.

I start with five questions:

  1. Why are you doing what you do?
  2. What difference are you making?
  3. How are you sharing your results?
  4. Which fundraising methods are you using — and what’s missing?
  5. Are your policies, safeguards and training fit for purpose?

From there, I work with leadership teams to create an action plan designed to deliver another five years of strong outcomes.

How I help companies.

I will help you discover:

  • The social impact you want to achieve
  • The type of charities you want to support
  • The resources you can commit
  • How your people can engage meaningfully
  • How to manage the partnership so it’s creative, enjoyable and effective

Then I help you build a plan to maximise the benefits of your partnerships.

“Andy’s visit to Uganda was a turning point for us at God in Action. He didn’t just support us from a distance-he came here, met our team and worked alongside us to shape a clear strategy for the future. His guidance has given us the tools and confidence to grow our work and reach even more children in need.”

Mandela Salim Buluma – Executive Director of God in Action, Uganda

Project 43
Sport for Social Change

Project 43 uses my programme delivery experience to pioneer new ways of using sport to create a lasting social impact.

Created as a CIC, Project 43 works with partners in the UK and around the world in the most challenging of situations to create a sense of safety and hope for the most vulnerable children, using sport as the vehicle through which we develop the trust needed to achieve a lasting impact on their lives. One of the main outcomes we seek to achieve is to give young people the self-confidence and support networks to not get drawn into negative situations and poor choices.

Our first Project 43 is in Jordan where we are training a team of 10 coach mentors to deliver our ‘Playing for Peace’ programme for 500 Palestinian refugee children and which culminates in our first ‘Playing for Peace Festival of Sport’ in Amman in June 2026.

“I had the great privilege to meet Andy Sellins at a charity brunch at the Oval Cricket Ground where the connection between us was palpable. A great love for sport firstly but an even bigger love for helping others. Since then, Andy and I have been connecting twice a month with the vision of looking at my foundation “JP21 Foundation” and see how we can reach new heights and create a vision board of where I would like to go and what we would like to achieve in some of the poorer areas of Cape Town. The experience he brings in the charity network extends beyond 40 years, and he has certainly motivated me to dream bigger and bolder. He continues to be a great asset to me as the founder of the JP21 foundation and I have no doubt he will continue to leave a great legacy in the philanthropic space.
